All athletes wanting to participate in Gymnastics must get cleared through the ASB / activities office.

Clearance Requirements
In order to be eligible to practice and compete, the following tasks must be completed:
1)
Complete the online athletic registration form through FamilyID / Arbiter, or Final Forms. Complete all sections including waivers, forms, and insurance. |
2)
Pay all fines (includes fines from elementary and middle school), the sports participation fee ($85 per sport), and an ASB card ($35 once per year). |
3)
Submit a current physical signed and dated by doctor with permission to participate in sports. A physical is valid two years from the date of the exam. |
If you are a homeschooled, are completing alternative education, or are enrolled in running start, please complete the following form(s).
Eligibility Requirements
Players who make a team & prior to first competition:
- Get cleared
- Submit a current physical
- Pay Participation Fee ($85 per sport).
- Purchase ASB Card ($35 once per school year)
- Meet academic eligibility requirements (must be passing 5 of 6 classes)
- Complete 15 Practices
- 2 practices on the same day will only count as 1 practice in accordance with WIAA rules
- Tryout days count towards your 15 practices
- Some additional practices may be required for specific sports
